A person’s condition with regard to their psychological and emotional well-being.

Given definition is simple a person having no problem in thinking, believing, loving, caring and socially accepted by others. But is that easy how its describe, off course that’s not easy.

The main concern is why it’s too hard being mentally stable here are some points that might linked with yours life:

A) The competitive world:

A baby born when he won the race, that’s where start, every own want to be successful. They want to live a life where every own can say he/she living a dream of others. But that’s not easy you have do a lot of struggle, beg, sell yourself to live how you planned. In between these part that’s where the competitive world start as like you there’s lot of people were out there who wants a same things as you want. 

For an example an actor audition:  one of my friend started his career in acting at the age of 15, by the age of 28 he lose his faith towards the audition causes he had been playing in theater for long but he haven’t gotten any luck in the cinematography world as he say I am tired of auditions I thinks it’s time to learns new or start a new career but he felts depressed to fast causes there is no things that’s you gets without computation so he stick to his choice of before. Afraid to choose the career in different field caused he had devoted whole life in same particular for long and hadn’t got any luck. These explain the mental issue which ruining on him for so long.

In simple word the competitive world means you have to earn every things in every aspect of your life there is nothings you can gain without the competition not even a family.

B) Family matters:

The division of you start from the family, a pick period of learning start from the early age of your life. The surrounding play a huge role in development of your mental health. Between the ages of (2-7) you learned about the emotion, behavior, and way of understanding and so on. Here we describe on the basis of living standard class:


Well family: a baby born in the rich family especially in the field of business he/she got some idea about how business work as a later there is least possibility he/she might chose same particular career. These matter in most of our life. As we study in our early class of school life the best way to learn is by seeing, listing, and the most by doing or we called learning by doing is best way to learn. As matter of fact the well living in family person gain their vision of life in early period of their time. But every things has a consequences like negligence from a family might hamper in the life of kids. For example these might lead into choosing a wrong decision in life like:

·         Drug abusing

·         Social distancing from other or introvert

·         Being a person who can’t express what he want in life

·         Having a long lasting grudge and so on.

Middle class family: These is the phases where commoner live, here we all have to so some extra effort to earn any things which is  start from the time we born. We all have lived a life where the comprised has no limit, and a family conflict is like a cup of tea whether about the money or choosing the career that you want live.


Low class family or lower income family: These class family doesn’t need any explain caused they had been living by the edge of struggled. These class family are the own who worry about the meal after having one. These statement can make easy to understand how they thinks about the future. As a matter of time most of them force themselves to work on behalves of others. Caused they had been seen how their great grandfather to father applying a same way of living lifestyle.

 

Family conflict: Divorce parents, drug abuser, and alcoholic and so on.

C) Unemployed or unsatisfied job.

D) Blind blame of others on any particular things.


E)  Unsatisfied love life or marriage

F)  Being betrayed  

 These are the some points that’s has direct links toward yours mental health.

Now we all know the problem are but how we can solve it is a main concern we dealing here the solution is not easy that’s why the mental health topic most ignorable own after the sexual or reproductive topic.

Mentally stable:

 In a simple word be yourself that’s means don’t try to pretend that’s you are not these solved a lot stress in your life.

Don’t aspect love from others as you have, try to ignore people who doesn’t have any faith or believe in your decision or avoid pessimist.

The things that’s most matter is yours family or best person whom you have shared a lot of stuff of our life try to stick with them, if you don’t have then start to write in your diary or blog.

For being healthy you have to follow the list of proper drinking, sleeping, eating, and working and so on that’s how all the life work just follow the trend.

Work stress is one of the leading cause of unstable mind for that feel free to have a guilt on that everywhere in the world had same issue repeated over and over in every class like descending order fell guilt less to join on it.

The betrayed from the love own that’s hurt a lot even I am having that’s issue and I am working on that to by trying trend that every own follow like meditation crap, if I have I will defiantly write on how to cope from it.
